John Gomez, BS Physics, LSSMBB, is a SCAL Regional Direct of Performance Improvement, supporting various service areas as well as national and regional improvement initiatives. John joined Kaiser Permanente in 2015, bringing with him, over 15 years of performance improvement experience from multiple industries including hardware, food and beverage, and electronics. John has executed improvement initiatives in major business areas from supply chain to sales and marketing. Most recently, John spent 9 years at a medical diagnostic device provider, where he deployed a Six Sigma certification program, piloted Lean Product Development processes, and partnered with business leaders to facilitate improvement projects for product performance, quality, inventory management, manufacturing efficiency, and service functions.
