Charlotte Lewis heads the enterprise Business Transformation Solutions function at CDW. Her mission at CDW is to evolve CDW’s customer experience through strategies that include operational excellence, quality assurance and digital innovation. With a unique 20+ years background in process management, program delivery and technology solutions delivery she has led many multimillion dollar transformational initiatives for fortune 500 corporations. She is a certified Master Black Belt, certified Product Manager (CPM), Association of International Product Marketing Managers (AIPMM) and holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of Chicago – Booth School of Business. In her free time, she volunteers with the United Nations program providing her expertise on economic and social development projects in developing countries.  She enjoys spending time with her family and checking off her bucket list traversing around the world on rugged adventure.
