In his role leadership role in the Entertainment Group at AT&T, Shane Ragland is responsible for aligning systems, processes, and agent behaviors with the company’s priorities and delivering a best in class customer experience.   Shane joined the company in 1997 and has held numerous positions throughout his 19 years with AT&T - including roles in customer service, sales, operations, and network.

Prior to his current assignment, Shane served as Chief of Staff for numerous Vice Presidents within AT&T. In this role, he oversaw all operational support for the consumer wireline
and mobility sales and service centers. A native of Rome, Georgia, Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, with a Business Administration minor from Jacksonville State University.  Shane lives in Rome, Georgia with his wife and 2 entertaining kids.
