As the BPM Program Director for the world's largest environmental non-profit organization, The Nature Conservancy, Erika's focus is on promoting business process effectiveness as an integral component to organizational success and on instilling BPM, its use, and its value as fundamental components of the organization's culture.

Erika's portfolio of work has ranged from a focus on alignment of core revenue generation strategies, processes, resources and technologies, to analyzing and improving internal controls for financial compliance on a global scale, leading the creation of core business processes for an emerging organization-wide spatial data infrastructure, maturing an existing IT Governance structure into one that more holistically and successfully aligns the use of IT resources with business priorities, strategies and goals, and beyond.

Erika is a Certified Process Manager, Six Sigma Green Belt and a Project Management Professional with a relentless passion for excellence, for networking with peers within and beyond her industry, and, for staying relevant in an ever-changing field of expertise.
